What is Mechatronics?

What is Mechatronics?
Mechatronics equipment integrates electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and computer control. Employers in the Sacramento region helped develop Sierra College 's Mechatronics and recruit our students with offers of excellent salaries. Mechatronics technicians are well paid to maintain robots, automated manufacturing equipment, slot machines, cars, gas pumps, security systems, ATMs, heating and cooling systems, treatment plant equipment and medical monitors. Work environments range from clean rooms and manufacturing plants to casinos and working in the field where the equipment is located.
